This is what Federico Pomi, CEO of Fabrica, and Legal Counsel, Daniel Rollingher joined us to discuss. At present, they are focusing on transferring real property where title is held in a trust. The trust is then transferred via blockchain in the form of an NFT.
Currently, Fabrica is working on proving the concept… proving that property ownership can be successfully transacted in this fashion. Lawyers and legaltech communities need to pay attention. This can be done and is being done. Right now, it’s being done with vacant land. But it is showing promise!
