Hailey Lennon is a shareholder in Anderson Kill’s Technology, Media and Distributed Systems Group. She is based in California and affiliated with Anderson Kill’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Anderson Kill, Hailey was regulatory counsel at leading cryptocurrency platforms Coinbase and bitFlyer. At Coinbase, Hailey helped oversee regulatory relationships with the SEC, CFTC, OFAC and state regulators.
Hailey Lennon is a powerhouse guest who is known for both her regulatory expertise and twitter shenanigans. It was her shenanigans that led us to her in the first place, but we hung around and discovered she’s a brilliant lawyer with a breadth of knowledge and expertise.
